In reply to your reference whether the power of that dowment extends to this Colony Sam directed by His Excellency the Governor in Council to inform you that in the first instance it is necesary that Dorabjee Pallanger, the nephew of the deceased should prove the Will and that the Court to whom the application for granting the Probate is
made will decide whether the Executor
